The inventory of acetone at ports in East China has decreased, and the contract delivery by Zhejiang Petrochemical has been postponed, resulting in a relatively resilient market. In particular, low prices are hard to come by in the spot market. As Zhejiang Petrochemical begins to deliver for future months, prices have shown some flexibility.
However, supported by pure benzene and with phenol-ketone factories facing increased losses, the decline in acetone prices remains limited. Purchases can be made at low points based on orders and inventory levels.
