Currently, mainstream factories of ethyl acetate have low inventory levels, and their inventory depletion plans for the Lunar New Year period are basically in place. The main bidding factories have limited volumes for distant future deliveries, which are significantly affected by transportation issues. At the beginning of this week, there was an objectively existing premium due to low inventory at the Lianyungang factory, and the ethyl acetate plant in Central China has no plans to commence operations before the New Year.
For n-propyl acetate, factories in East China currently have low inventory levels, and pre-holiday shipment plans have been arranged, with mainstream quotes remaining stable. The Shandong region has no inventory and loading plans are arranged according to production volumes. Prices in this region have remained stable this week.
Regarding n-butyl acetate, factories in North China will not initiate any new production plans before the New Year. Offers in Shandong are stable, and prices in East China remained unchanged last week. Based on the execution of each factory’s pre-holiday plans, there is no significant inventory pressure. With logistics gradually ceasing operations this week, prices are expected to remain stable.
